BUG: Shortcut Hotkey Bug

If you use a hot key on a "shortcut" then when windows deletes the shortcut it does not remove the hotkey information until a reboot occurs (at least in WIN2000 SP3).

The workaround (only suitable while testing the package) is to change the properties of the shortcut to clear the hotkey before uninstallation of the package. If you forget, reinstall the package and then do this. I suppose this step could be automated if you were keen.
