SelfReg Table - Install Time Extraction

The "SelfReg" table should be extended so that Windows Installer could extraxt the self registration information at install time and dynamically populate class and other tables and not leave this error prone task to each author or authoring tool.

It is not good enough to frown on self registration but not provide a viable alternative.
