Skin Crafter

This is an interesting (and non longer free) tool to "skin" MSI installers. It produces an EXE as output.

It is available from "http://www.skincrafter.com/skincrafter_installer.htmlThis external link was OK when tested at 15 Aug 2008" and you can create you own skins or choose from existing. This shows the MAKEMSI installer with a XMAS theme (it actually looks better that it looks here):
