PENDMOVES.EXE

This utility tells you what if anything is queued to happen after a reboot. It is a simple console program which has no command line.

This is one of a large number of excellent free tools available from SysInternalsLink failed validation at 24 Jun 2008. #301 - PERMANENT move to http://technet.microsoft.com/sysinternals/bb897556.aspx This appears to be a recent problem as I am not yet monitoring the URL..

You may also be interested in the the "MmLockFile.VBS" tool.
