MSI Activity After Reboot is Unreliable

Delayed installation (after a reboot) etc is flawed and not reliable. Windows Installer uses advertising to cover up a lot of bugs. For example uninstall of package marks file for deletion, install of another replaces the file. Windows will remove it! What a joke... Thats just one of many possibilities...
