ISSUE: Microsoft's Anti-Spyware

The default approach used by this tool is to prompt you as to whether or not an unknown script should be executed with a dialog similar to:

You will only be prompted once although you can manage the lists if you need to. This tool by default also accesses a centralised internet based database which helps identify "good" and "bad" scripts.

Most importantly this tool does not prevent script execution by MSIs (custom actions).
