InstEd - MSI Editor

This editor can open more than one msi at a time and shows you some of the related entries as well as the feature and component hierarchy.

I haven't used it much and there are some things I do really like about it so I recommend you try it out. It is free and available from "http://www.instedit.com/This external link was OK when tested at 27 Dec 2008".
