Don't Repair Resources

Sometimes you don't want want a resource modified after installation (frequently you won't want it uninstalled either in which case:

  1. The resources are members of a component, the "ComponentId" can be set to "" so that Windows Installer never registers it. No uninstallation (or "repair") will take place.
