Documentation needs rewriting.

It needs more basic information which is readable and understandable and needs a lot more relevant hyperlinks between sections. Every table needs at least one complete example (although the example can be repeated for multiple tables in general). No isolated fragments without any context (the MS "norm" where examples are supplied). The doco should not assume a PHD as a prerequisite for reading the doco, it should be assumed that someone with quite basic knowledge could be reading it. If MS had better documentation all round then interdocument links to basic non-MSI concepts could be made.
