Cancel doesn't Cancel (advertised repair)

Don't torture users of our MSIs. If a user presses cancel for a resource during a repair when clicking on an advertised shortcut then don't show any more popups (for other components of the same product), abort the repair.

If this is tricky then at least don't show for another 'x' seconds.
