BUG: ApplyTransform Issue with msiOpenDatabaseModeDirect

The "ApplyTransform()" call will apply the transform and a following "commit()" should commit the database, however the database will be empty on existing your script.

The mode needs to be "msiOpenDatabaseModeTransact".
